| The Foundation of HD Group goes back to 1955`s. From 1955 to 1975, the fırm has involved in the apartment and office projects with the name of Nur Insaat in the nicest districts of Ankara. Nur Insaat had been established by Mehmet Demirdag who is at the same time father of Hasan Demirdag. In order to improve it`s name in the sector, the company has moved to İstanbul in 1975 and constructed several villas and apartments until 1995. Every single project in 40 years has provided knowledge, experience and wisdom to the company in the construction sector.
Hasan Demirdag who has spent 30 years in the business, has established HD YAPI END.SAN.TİC.A.Ş. and HD TEKSTİL DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. in the year 2007, in order to create high quality projects and advance in the sector by the help of his experience in it. Hasan Demirdag also perpetuates his partnership with GUNEYCE CAY and EVTEKSAN DIS TIC A.S.
By the help of the entrepreneur spirit that comes from his family, Hasan Demirdag owned several companies in the textile industry and succeeded in it by making production of yarn, pipe, tea, wood.
